Frequently Asked Questions

Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly. If there is a delay, first check your mobile banking app to confirm the transaction went through. Save the transaction ID or screenshot and contact abc7 live chat. The support team will verify and credit your account quickly. You can also email: [email protected].
Log in to abc7, go to the deposit section, and select Nagad. Send the required amount to the displayed number, then confirm the deposit with your transaction ID. The minimum deposit is ৳100. The whole process usually takes just a few minutes.
abc7 currently accepts deposits through five methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank). The minimum deposit is ৳100 for each method. All methods are secured with SSL encryption.
abc7 does not charge any deposit fee. However, bKash's own transaction charges may apply — you can check those in the bKash app. Make sure you send the exact amount to avoid any discrepancy when credited at abc7. The minimum deposit is ৳100.
Withdrawals at abc7 are usually processed within 10 to 45 minutes. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. You can withdraw via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank transfer. Using the same payment number linked to your account speeds up the process.
Slot Games
Volatility (or variance) refers to how often and how large a slot pays out. High volatility games pay out less frequently but in larger amounts; low volatility games pay out smaller wins more often. If your budget is tight, low volatility games are more suitable because your balance lasts longer.
In a progressive jackpot, a small portion of every bet is added to the prize pool. As more players participate, the pool keeps growing. When a specific combination or bonus is triggered, one lucky player wins the entire pool, and then the pool resets from zero.
Yes, many slot games at abc7 can be played in demo or free-play mode. This lets you get a feel for the game mechanics, bonus features, and volatility without using real money. Winnings in demo mode cannot be withdrawn — it is for practice only.
RTP (Return to Player) is the theoretical rate that indicates what percentage of bets a game returns over the long term. For example, a 96% RTP means that on average ৳96 is returned for every ৳100 wagered over the long run. However, this is a mathematical average — any single session can differ. A higher RTP is generally more favorable for players.
If your budget is limited, choose low volatility slots — your balance is less likely to run out quickly. Pick games that offer more minimum bet options and keep your bet per spin to a small fraction of your total balance. Trying the game in demo mode first is also a good idea.
VIP Program
The abc7 VIP program includes weekly cashback, priority withdrawal processing, and exclusive promotional offers. The higher the tier, the greater the benefits. VIP members also receive dedicated support, ensuring a faster experience than regular members.
Your VIP tier at abc7 increases through regular play. The more you play and stay active on your account, the faster you can move up to the next tier. Specific turnover thresholds are evaluated by the system — contact the support team for details.
abc7 has three VIP levels. The Bronze level offers up to 0.5% weekly cashback, Silver offers up to 1.0%, and Gold offers up to 1.5% weekly cashback. The higher the tier, the greater the benefits.
At a set time each week, abc7 calculates your cashback and adds it directly to your wallet. Cashback is based on your total bets for that week. The calculation is automatic — no separate claim is needed. Contact live chat for the specific schedule or terms.
Absolutely. Any new member at abc7 gets a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to ৳8,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and get an extra ৳1,000 bonus — total balance ৳2,000. The wagering requirement is 25 times the bonus amount; meaning a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳25,000 in bets.
Account & Login
Common reasons for login failure include: incorrect username or password, Caps Lock being on, or your account being temporarily locked after too many attempts. Use the password reset option or contact abc7 live chat or [email protected] — the support team will verify your identity and restore access.
